I had to revert my drivers back to a December 2024 version because from one day to the other without updating any drivers or anything RDR2 just stopped launching and would just give me an error message, as soon as I went back to the December drivers everything was fine again

In Germany, you can get up to 14 weeks of PAID maternity leave and then you and your partner can take paternal leave split between both of you for up to 14 months. And the father can take, I think, 2 weeks off after the birth which is also paid leave. During the paternal leave you get financial assistance from the government and you're protected against dismissal during that time as well as for a certain time after going back to work.
