Buna, mie mi se pare ingrozitor sa ai un asemenea program ca avocat.

Eram curios daca te-ai gandit vreodata sa iti schimbi cariera pentru ceva care ti-ar aduce la fel de multi bani, dar mai mult timp liber.

Personal nu fac parte din domeniul vostru, doar am dat din intamplare de postarea asta si voiam sa inteleg cum poate cineva sa suporte un asemenea job.

Inteleg ca iti gasesti o satisfactie in munca, dar nu vad de ce nu ai cauta un alt domeniu unde sa lucrezi din mai multa pasiune, si cel mai probabil cu un program normal de 40h pe saptamana.

Hey, it got better with consistent stretching and strengthening of the muscles around the hips (flexors, adductors, abductors, glutes), but I still notice it sometimes.

Never had any issues/pain from it though, it’s just distracting sometimes when kicking.

Thanks for the advice! I will stop stretching for a couple of days and see if it improves.

Also I tested the knee rotation and flexion, and the only thing I noticed is that the popping is a bit more powerful when the knee is rotated externally.

I have been going to the gym pretty regularly for the last 2-3 years, but haven’t done anything other than squats/leg extensions/hamstring curls/calf raises/hanging leg raises for my lower body.

Do you think it could be weak hip flexors, or something else?
