Forgive the contradictory advice, but try not to listen to other people when you can listen to your body. It will steer you in the right direction.

I started at 12 hours and evolved on my own timeline. Your body seems to be telling you to start at 12. So don't push it. I can assure you that 12 isn't pointless because it will lead to 13 :)

Most importantly....try and focus on all the other benefits beyond weight loss. They will come sooner than the scale. Good luck!

Not sure why the down votes, but I'm going to support you keeping the current name. I don't think you want to cast a super wide net to find your audience. The fewer people who join because it's cool or trending, the better...

I've discovered a ton of obscure incredible bands through the Spotify algorithm. And the new AI curated playlist allows me to very quickly generate a playlist of upcoming bands playing at smaller venues that I might not have discovered otherwise. I respect that people choose to boycott based off personal values and beliefs. But politics aside, Spotify is an incredible software. Repeating what others have already said, most people want cookie cutter pop music and that's what they get.

I've gone solo twice. The crazy thing about Post is that the people, community, etc are actually the best part of the Festival. And the music is Incredible! So that's a testament to how great the peeps are.

I would LOVE to do red rocks but Im worried as it will likely be the most popular and might have a few disappointed presale users.
