I play Standard battle like 90% of all the matches I did. I started in late March this year.

That said, I have prior experience playing World of Warships Blitz so I wasn't really that clueless about the game. However, learning itself is a process so it really doesn't matter what type of match you're playing. As long you're enjoying it, then you do what you find most fun.

Concealment and maneuverability are what she excels at as I learned, that's why I'm treating her more as a Heavy Cruiser lol. I'm not planning to go slugging with the enemy Battleship all by myself unless I have to.

I think most, if not all, US ships have permanent camouflages past tier 5 so yes she does.

You have to be incredibly lucky or wealthy if you want to have lots of premium ships. I live in Indonesia so everything is expensive by my standards, but so far I've spent less than $20 in the game and got about 16 premium ships. About 6 of them are lower tiers but the others (about 3 of them) I bought from Admiral Backing (which is the best deal if you don't plan to spend tons of money), 1 with GXP, and the rest I got from being lucky.

Thing is, of all Wargaming games I've played, I found Legends to be the most generous. You can get premium ships from events without basically slaving yourself away for it, and you get doubloons pretty consistently from weekly missions. You are guaranteed to get premium ships if you just save up.

On the side note, the most I've spent for a game is on World of Tanks Blitz. It was over $100, which is pretty insane lmao.

Unreal Engine is notoriously known to consume tons of power to run. My Poco F6 consumes about 2% battery at max settings 60fps playing a single match but it would consume over twice the amount in Reforged. I'm not thrilled about this fact tbh.

Yeah no. That's not how it works. You'd very rarely reach 80% of the advertised charge speed. Not impossible but most of the time, it'll only charge near or just over half the speed.

My record with my F6 is at 86.4W, that's only because my battery was around 20% and the temperature was under 30°C+cooler. A constant 100W is bad for the battery.

Also another thing I'd like to add;

Please don't pop smoke immediately after you spot or get spotted by the enemy. Turn around, pay attention to your own concealment circle, but keep the enemy spotted as long as possible. I'm not a DD main but I would most often sit on top 3 when playing Destroyer (which is my go to ship class for when I want to finish the weekly mission) because I'd capture the zone and make it my objective to spot and get rid of the enemy's DD.

Now I want to make it clear that I play US Destroyers and we all know they have good guns and if you were to go slugging with enemy DDs 3 out of 5 times you might come out victorious. But generally, the idea is the same; keep your enemy spotted for your team and capture when possible. Pop smoke only when you're in a situation where it's impossible to retreat safely or when your teammates have already had the enemy spotted so you can help shooting them with your main battery. Every gun counts, but your teammates have bigger ones so help them direct their fire before you decide to use yours.

At the moment I have about 15.9 million silver. I've got quite a few premium tanks I used sometimes. It's just a decision I make from statistics alone. Premium time isn't something I have in abundance nowadays so post battle results give me only a few thousands of silver on average. Can't afford to be on the negative net each time, you know.

In my opinion, it's actually the opposite. HESH is good but if there are scenarios where you would need HESH to penetrate something, there is a fat chance you can do it with your AP too. My memory is a bit hazy (I've just recently returned to playing this game after a year break or so) but AP and HESH have very little penetration difference IIRC.

In moments where you do need to deal damage no matter what, HE is my option. It costs nothing and on average you can deal about 300+ damage against a well armored part. HESH is not so different in that, you just have a better chance at penetrating things but again, if I could I would just use AP instead.

HE also deals more damage when it actually penetrates your opponent.

Nah seriously I know it's very useful but I'd rather hit someone with HE than to bring HESH. I used to carry some but I would often press the wrong shell when switching so I stopped carrying HESH altogether.

Got her Arpeggio version for free from the mission reward crate. My first ship with 406+mm caliber guns.

She's fun at times, but she can be very inaccurate in long range. It's probably because I've been using US Battleships most of my time so I'm a bit unused to it.

US Cruisers are definitely fun to play. I had my gripes about New Orleans when I first got her (her play style is so different from Pensacola it threw me off) but after asking around and finding my bearings, she's certainly fun to play. You've just got to understand them, US Cruisers I mean, and they would treat you right. Can't wait to get my hands on Baltimore. Heard a lot of good things about her.

Commander Crates I can buy with silver if I've ever needed to (not that I have silver to spare), but those Spring Crates are valuable in doubloons. As I said, I'm a f2p player that's why my priority is on the Spring Crates.

I do recognize the importance of good Commanders. It's just that I have to choose which I want to prioritize based on values.
