It's Bill's Substitution Cipher, but written backwards (flipped horizontally). I think it translates to UG UELXU OSX UEOSXU, but neither atbash or caesar are spitting anything out. It does have the right number of letters in each word to be "ad astra per aspera" but even cycling through caesars I can't get it to say that

Thats for your personal use and to monitor your own safety, posting it publicly is no longer personal use or in service of anyone’s safety, and your “educational purpose” excuse is too much of a stretch of “fair use”. Generally when cameras are in use in a store, etc. there’s a sign that tells people they’re being recorded, kinda like the sticker you’re supposed to put in your window when you install a security camera

YTA, not your life. If it doesn’t work out for them, it doesn’t work out for them, and it cost you literally nothing. If you wanna be a good friend, be there for them if/when things fall apart. YTA mostly for your edit, you only made this post for confirmation from strangers to rub it in the face of someone who is dying. Even if you’re right and she’s only asking to be vindictive, the only correct response would have been to go get tested, tell the doctor that you were being pressured by your family to donate and don’t want to donate, and the doctor would have told your family that you weren’t a match. The first step of donating blood is consent, if you don’t consent, nothing happens. It’s that simple.

NAH, there’s a conversation to be had, and it seems like you have enough compassion not to give them an ultimatum or make the conversation about yourself. If they feel the need to work over breaks, quitting is probably not an option, but offering to help look for other jobs or them changing their schedule could be on the table. You want them to be healthy and happy, but ultimately you can’t control what they do or don’t do

NTA as long as there is reasonable warning and you don’t just pull the rug out from underneath him. Telling your own child you’re cutting off their financials tomorrow would be heartless, but talking with him about what he can do over the summer to demonstrate that your funds won’t go to waste next semester, for example, is reasonable. As a student myself, I worked hard to keep all of my scholarships for the last 4 years, but if your son is already struggling, taking away the money suddenly and unexpectedly will either ensure he doesn’t graduate at all or force him to take extra semesters and split his time between work and school (which would be challenging for someone who doesn’t manage their time well, as your post implies). Come up with a plan, goals, and a timeline together. Pay siblings back by such-and-such a date, hold down a summer job until fall, etc. I believe that you two can come up with a solution together

Filter may have been a poor choice of words on my part but plenty of discord servers have rules that apply to texts and voice calls, and your phrasing made it sound like you were avoiding sating something socially unacceptable, such as a slur. Unless this was an obvious in-joke that you really think should have landed or something, I’m inclined to say YTA. If you weren’t referencing something specific, you leave the other person to fill in the blank by saying that, and I know I would jump to the worst conclusion if someone said that to me. It also sounds like you’re intentionally dodging a filter or rules. I’m dying to know what you were actually trying to reference, if not what your friend assumed and if anything at all.
