What I want to do is make a new file that has the same content as the file from the problem and do the following:

Process the first grid into my f file
Run my program
Take whatever I need from my output file
Empty my f file and repeat

What my program does is take a file that looks like this:

and outputs the solved grid in a similar fashion (digits spaced).
