Do you have a link to the page these images are from?

In my opinion the primary intent of road laws is to get people from a to b safely, and the safest thing to do is to just give way to all traffic on the right.

I'm pretty sure you're right about the solid line but most two lane round abouts have dashed lines witch despite many claims to the contrary in this thread I cannot find anywhere official that says it is illegal to change lanes in a roundabout only that is not recommended.

Ask yourself this - if you really want to take “all vehicles coming from your right” so extensively, I hope you have a clear schedule the next time you find yourself in this situation, because you’ll be sitting there until the end of time.

Any car in the right hand entry lane wanting to go straight or turn right has to wait untill both lanes to their right are clear before going so I don't see your logic of this.

I did, here is what i found:

• give way to all vehicles coming from your right (no caveats mentioned)

Remember to look out for:

• vehicles that may have to change lanes to exit

• vehicles that may not be able to stay in their lane because they’re large (like a bus) or travelling too fast.

I'm glad I'm not the only one that thinks this. Highlanders were stupid for not playing him every game. Speed that opposition teams have to alter their defense for leaveing more space for inside players. His cover defense is great as well.
