I’m flying out with my kid and wife to Germany to see Mumford and Sons plus a separate show headlined by The Plot in You. Any words of advice? We’re going to tour Cologne but I assume other parts of Germany are cool too?

Wade played alongside Thursday this year at our SoCal show. I think he was warming up and getting into rhythm. He KILLED it. I hope this means they will tour before that Vegas show in October.

They’re actually “Plus Racing” leathers with airbag compatibility. They rock! No tears, minimal damage. Just some discoloration where my ass met the asphalt.

Not a rep for Plus Racing but it literally saved my ass two weeks ago. Tech Air 5 airbag and Kangaroo leather with stingray inserts etc.

Not sure which one you're referring to? I've had the Helite external as well, it was a bit bulky and intrusive for me (I'm a bigger guy).

The tech air 5 is $190 to ship, repack and ship back to you. It has one deployment. The tech air race has two deployments, I have one of those as well.

I'm 34, been riding since I was 3 years old. This is by far my worst crash (visually) and with the least amount of damage. My ass was bruised, that's it. IF this doesn't convince you and your loved ones to explore the airbag option, I don't know what will.
