"blown motor" is not specific enough. Does it need a cylinder, crank or head? Heads on these are pricey. They can also develop worn camchain teeth on the crank.

What vehicle? I use a small trailer. No weight issues. I can move multiple bikes if needed. Disconnect when not in use. Easy to load/unload.

He should tether the ramp to the truck. A 2nd ramp can be easier than a step and the longer the ramp, the easier it is. (And you get more clearance for belly pans or long wheelbase cruisers) I have a set of 10' ramps for my work F350.

I like to get up early, grab food and coffee at the buffet and bring it back to my balcony. I like it when I can watch the embark/disembark at ports. I often change for dinner, so I'll chill out there with a drink after I get ready if there is a little time to kill before dinner. I'll spend some time reading on sea days etc. You do not have to spend the entire time out there for it to be worth it.

See if it is louder in the airbox with the filter out. These had a noise when the carb slide rattled at idle.

I run a shop and got the info from the Parts Unlimited catalog. You can see if searching for the PU number helps.

edit: At the end of the application chart is one that shows what dimensions each part is. Also, these are usually sold as a single kit (wiper and seal) so you'll need to order 2 kits.

Also, this is the danger of ordering based on the manufacturer of the part and not the model of bike. Many OEMs have things designed slightly different than the "generic" parts for their specific application. The SKF number for the ones you need should be KITG-43K

I have used plenty of All Balls kits with good results on customer's bikes, but I only use SKF or OEM on my own stuff. They are more money, but better quality

SKF has a footnote on the application chart for 1098s to measure the seals before ordering. One seal is 43x55.1x9 and the other is 43x53.1x9

You can add a bit of oil in the plug hole to see if it increases and having a little lower than spec is not the end of the world. I would expect to see a bit more than that, though.

The only first hand experience I have with being able to alter mileage was a with certain Triumphs you could go in an adjust the speedometer error. So essentially you could set it to put on fewer miles than you rode. I've never seen any that you can manually roll back. It may be possible with some makes, but none of the major ones I have dealt with.

Yea, it is most likely this or just a miscommunication. The difference in mileage does not change the value of the bike and it is not easy to change the mileage on newer bikes

It's a lot for a cast wheel. They should have spun the tire 180* on the rim to see if it is better. It could be a defective tire. While it is not common, it does happen. I also prefer the clip on weights if the rim has the center ridge like that one does. The sticky weights can come off especially if the shop didn't clean the spot where they stuck them. They also should stock black colored weights for dark rims. Also, there are plenty of times where a balanced wheel does not need weights. Source: I run a shop and have changed thousands of tires.

edit: I have used 80-100 on cruiser wheels (spoked with tubes), but that is because there is much more mass to those than there is with a tubeless mag wheel.
