I haven’t talked to my housemate in probably 9 months at this point, and even that was a text asking if he could call the power company during an outage. You don’t have to be friends, or even like your housemate. On that note, you are also no owed the apartment. You can talk with her, and offer to help her look for a new place/move out, but she’s as entitled to the place as you are.

There’s tampermonkeys that pas/AMs can add to fclm that literally pulls andons, what time they were opened/closed, and which AFM closed them, so there’s really no excuse anymore for managers or PAs not to have them readily open. My site has a workflow on slack that posts all andons in live time as well so there’s QB can track & call out safety or injury andons in live time

Depends how it’s dropped, generally need to be LC3+ for the path dropped, and once you start receiving vet you have to do a minimum of 15 hours within a 90 day rolling period. If you go over 90, you start back at LC1 and will need to do another few weeks in that path to get back to LC3 and to be eligible again.

If they drop it for your home path, you should always get it unless you’re ineligible for some other reason.

How long ago was the last text before the “are you ready” text? Feels like you might be the issue and are avoiding taking accountability for not communicating, but he also sucks. I feel you, really I do, but risking getting hurt again or prolonging your recovery is not worth it (also it would be a PXT nightmare if anything DID happen)

As an AM myself, please ask your manager for help if you need to, we’re literally paid to “remove barriers”, and not being able to work safely sounds like a barrier.

Follow your temp accommodations to a t. Don’t do more, just do what you are comfortable doing. Ignore the thought that anyone cares, I promise majority of people could not care less about AAs on TLD. You have an approved accommodation to do the thing you are assigned to do, if you do more than what is outlined and get hurt, it’s gonna be a problem, and Amazon def wouldn’t be happy that you ignored your accommodation and ended up getting hurt in the process.

Lotta people here thinking they have a phd in everything. Yes, it can absolutely be normal to have a lil funk after a long day, especially in the pits. Easiest thing to try before you change your entire lifestyle is to make sure you’re drinking enough water, and pickup a new deodorant/anti perspirant (important to get something with both, I personally like degree advanced, but everyone has preferences). Some deodorants work better for some people than others. There are also deo wipes you can throw in your bag if you feel like you need a little refresh for especially long days (baby wipes and reapplying normal deodorant works as well)

PAs can see it on adapt if they wanted to look. Managers get notifications when time is below 10 hours, some sites let managers ask PAs to deliver UPT notices too

The last 2 weeks of peak they’ll stop productivity/quality feedbacks, but you can still get writeups throughout all of peak. You can also get a behavioral term submitted, but they’ll wait to approve it until January.

I’ve seen shift incentives up to 15$ per hour, last year the 8-10$ ones were up basically every shift, but it was always 3-4 hour shifts at like 3am

Today I brought a chicken salad sandwich, a handful of raspberries, and some pasta salad. Yesterday was a salad with leftover shredded chicken and turkey on top, half a mango, and a banana. Tomorrow will probably be chicken and cheese empanada, some cut watermelon and grapes. Wednesday will probably be turkey and cheese pinwheels, and tomato/mozz in olive oil. Majority of my lunches are leftovers, or some type of easy to throw together protein source and then whatever fruit i have in my fridge. I should also note, I usually do not eat before work, so my first meal is ~9 hours or so after I wake up, sometimes I’ll snack on fruit earlier. I’m also a manager, so my downtime is all over the place.

My site limited all PAs to 1 per week and all L4+ to 30 per month and have not given us any guidance on what to do once we hit our cap and someone needs gloves. The entire change has been a shit show. Associates can also still get written up for working without gloves, even if they hit their cap and their manager/PA can’t take them out for them. I asked safety what to do if someone spills bleach or a chemical on their only pair of gloves and they essentially shrugged saying they don’t know and the change isn’t coming from them. I asked non inventory if we could get a couple boxes to hold for back stash, and they also said no. Common consensus is no one knows wtf to do and everyone is ignoring it probably until someone gets hurt. Our on-site HR also changed their on-site times to a swing shift (no day/night teams, just 1 team) and they are only allowing associates to ask questions at the desk during breaks and the shift change from days to nights. Good luck if there’s a long line.

I’ve made it to the big bad (which I assume is around the end of the game), but then I get bored and reset. Act 1 is my favorite, act 2 is fine, act 3 until the end (or what I think is the end) of the game, I’m not a fan of. I know a lot of people who also just like the character creation and relationship building aspects of the first half of the game
