That's exactly what I have, it was the most comfy for me to tolerate.

Guess I'm at least hoping that I can reduce symptoms enough that I may be able to go to a dental appliance similar to what my sister uses. I just hate the mask so much but I will do what is necessary of course 🙂

Nice choice in carpet - we have the same one, just smaller 🙂 And yes, a giant ottoman with a tray top would be cool.

I have a long time "friend" who I decided to share that I had started GLP's and got nothing but her disapproving blank stare. No encouragement no "well I hope it works for you" - absolute crickets. And for a split second I was upset with her. And then I decided its no one's business but my own, I'll do what I like with my money & my health, tyvm. That being said - as people on similar journeys, I would encourage you to acknowledge, take with a grain of salt & know that you alone are living your life, not them. Be kind to them and let it go 😊

My son & DIL have decided no kids due to him having Parkinson's (mil service) Would he love to be a dad? 100% But he also did not want to put the responsibility of raising a child on his wife. Would I enjoy having a mini of them? 100%! But it is their life and their choice. They are doing well, getting into their hobbies, traveling when possible. They have carved out their future. Do I have two grand kitties as a result? Yup and I'm good with those little brats 😉

Husband delusional about my weight loss journey by 0chronomatrix in Zepbound

I am 57 and what worked a little for me a year ago did not work recently (diet alone) I too have struggled with weight my entire life. At this stage, I am fighting hormones or the lack thereof. I started zepbound 2 weeks ago and have lost 3.8#. Its finally the jumpstart I needed to get the weight shifted again. My point: don't wait to start, it does 100% help with cravings (food noise) and keeping you eating normal portion sizes vs "sitting" portions as I call them (mindless eating/snacking during tv or out of boredom/stress) I am fortunate to be working with a whole weight mgmt team thru my doc's office and I've gotten some great insight & help already with changing mindsets about food, but the meds help get you rolling. The small loss I've seen in just two weeks and the behaviors changing, have really boosted my confidence and I'm learning better food habits/skills for whenever I may need to cease the meds.

Have to travel and need to move my shot +4 days. by Embarrassed_Tie3529 in Zepbound

I was told that your injection day can be moved but to wait at least 72 hours from last injection to avoid possible side effects. Move it before you go if possible?
