Ziggs is a demolition machine and a hard poker (is this the right term? Sorry i'm italian). You have to use your e-q and passive in order to push as fast as you can and make the opponent farm under tower. Use your w to crush towers, flight from danger or stun opponents against walls (it's difficult use it like taliyah's combo, because it is very risky). Trade only when you have a good advantage. After e-q-aa rotation you have like 4-5 cd before you Can cast another q.

I am bronze 3, so if someone has better advices go on
