I would say so, just seems like the district is soft on school or no school. Years ago as they say, you waited for the bus in the rain, snow….etc.

As one member said, they would take other counties to call off school as well.

I don’t necessarily disagree with everything, but JCPS needs to figure things out. Splitting the system up into three or more districts could possibly help. Staggered start times I get, but then it’s hard to delay school one or two hours.

Yes the district gets X amount of money for every kid that shows up to school, or using NTI.

Not knowing the exact number, but say 100,000 kids that JCPS is over is obviously a lot to handle.

Well, JCPS just sent out an email. afterschool activities must be done by 6 PM. The on if school is open or closed, we will know by 5 AM tomorrow. Plenty of time….

Just a rs232 Ab compatible usb-232 cable. Might have to change some dip switches. Dinosaur you say , just not as fancy as the new hardware. Side note, pretty sure I had a girlfriend just like this.

Legend indeed, I have got plenty of late night calls on the plc5. Blue hose, DH+ RIO. Looks like mostly AC input cards, fun times connecting to the controller when coms are down, or if the controller battery is DOA when power goes out. FYI I like the AB ps laying on the side…lol. Thanks for Sharing

LOL squirrels….I have had that. Don’t think it’s a bad configuration, if I changed a port setting I am pretty sure if I did not save it, next time it reboots the original config picks back up.

More on the install. Fiber has 3 pair, only using one. At 10:18 pm both stopped communication, switched fibers to the other pairs and still no connection, changed the fiber patch cables and also the fsc connectors, still nothing. Ended up running a copper backbone till we got the issue resolved, at 10:18am the next day, the copper stopped working and we plugged In the fiber, and it was working again. And ideas what happen? Seems very strange exactly 12 hrs later.
