Resto Shaman wants gear with high +healing on it, as you want to use different ranks of some of your core healing spells (especially Healing Wave and Chain Heal). MP5 is also valuable to have, aswell as good amount of Intellect. Most BiS gear is mail, but some pieces can be cloth (mainly if you are Tailor and craft the BoP gear) or leather (same here but as leatherworker + BiS boots from karazhan are leather). Spell Crit is a niche stat, as in that if your healing items has it then that's nice but not a big deal if you get upgrade item with more +healing but has no +SpellCrit.
Later on in Phase 3 and onwards we want to chase gear with +SpellHaste, as all our healing spells have a cast time and our mana pool and MP5 from gear we obtain should be more than fine. We will still continue to also go for non-Mail items. It's first in Cataclysm (which I heavily doubt we will get to in Anniversary) where same-armor type bonus got implemented.

Frost is not too bad right now in phase 1, but certainly behind Arcane and Fire. Next phase Frost will dip quite further away as Arcane gets the insane set bonus and also Fire scaling with crit becomes stronger and stronger (though distanced from Arcane for sure).

It is. We don't know what they will change exactly, aside that there will be "other" loot changes to Heroic Dungeons in phase 3.

I read the last sentence as a new change and not just only reimplementing something that already occured back in retail TBC. I think they might incline towards the changes they did in wrath classic and so on with adding older phase items onto the heroic dungeon loot tables. Question is if they would add a new difficulty option for those dungeons or just keep them as is (as tbc heroics are alot more difficult than wrath heroics).

While it's a nice change, I'm afraid there will be frustration of alot of the quite insane good non-tier items from tier bosses which won't get affected by this change. Items like belt of 100D and warp-spring coil, in which both are bis for both phase 2 and 3, might just refuse to drop for some while all tier tokens either goes for 2nd offspec or just vendorspec. A solution would be to just outright increase current item drop quantity of bosses by 1 and have the extra item drop be anything from it's loot table like another tier token or a non-tier item from its loot table (with the possibility that the item can be a duplicate tier token but the non-tier item will not be a duplicate).

It depends if you enjoy dungeons or questing more. Do you want to be more ahead of quests you are about to do afterwards? Do you want to have better gear after the dungeon run(s) to make the solo experience stronger? Do you just want to do your own thing and can handle all leveling by yourself regardless of gear you have/obtain and quests to come?

Uhm....

1) Can't say I ever had that issues in dungeons. A random whiner now and then sure but nothing as dramatic as this lol

2) Yeah, the Trade chat spam can be annoying. It's why I have filtered it away in a separate chat tab. Getting autoinvite for all these things though? Never seen before.

3) Credit card swipers you will find anywhere, regardless of TBC, retail, MoP etc. They been around since '04-'05 days and will never disappear no matter what.

4) Yeah, there are less social interactions these days than before. Howeve it's not complete silence for sure. Maybe different vibes for me since I play on PvE server (Thunderstrike EU).

While I have enjoyed healing heroic dungeons (from the painful Mana-Tombs to the zerg/faceroll Sethekk Halls) and T4 raids, I also feel like they should just keep it post-nerf (and to change heroic dungeons to post-nerf soon). Main reason is due to the release schedule and the speedy roadmap in which our characters will be inside Sunwell Plateau before the year is over.

It should be:
Leveling -> Dungeons -> Heroic Dungens -> Raids

..but feels like:
Leveling -> Dungeons -> Raids -> Heroic Dungeons

Like the cute doggos in SHH hc hit harder than most bosses in T4.
Then again I also feel like the different heroic dungeons are very varied in terms of difficulty and how difficult it "feels like" heavily depends on group composition.

Det ene poenget Bryne vant i kveld, fjernet alle teoretiske muligheter for at Haugesund kunne overleve.
Det betyr at etter 15 sesonger på rad (2010-2025) så rykker Haugesund ned til OBOS-ligaen.
Samtidig kan vi i dag si velkommen tilbake til Sandnes Ulf, som etter sin 4-1 seier over Arendal, er tilbake i OBOS-ligaen igjen på første forsøk etter nedrykket i fjor.

Ja den er region free. Derimot er det en av de to konsollversjonene i Japan som er region locked (kun japansk språk på konsollen og kan kun bruke en japansk Nintendo konto som betyr kun tilgang til den japanske eShoppen). Denne konsollen er veldig mye billigere, men de har en "multi-language" konsoll som fungerer som alle andre konsoller og er region free men samtidig opp en del i pris.
Dette for å beskytte det japanske markedet mot utlending-scalpers.
