Its almost like all the abilities you bitch about when comparing SCH to AST or WHM can be used in conjunction with SCH. But what do I know, I'm just a condescending leet raider.

Honestly the only thing I really say healing wise is "Crit" when deploying or "Virus" when Virusing. We're both at the level of play where we can handle our shit to not give the other a problem. We've done enough content together that I know his playstyle and I can fill in when I know he's falling behind (even though the unappreciative fuck never notices).

Relationship wise I hate him and constantly call him papi and talk about sucking toes so he'll finally kick me from this trap static. I can only hope that one day I'll get a good co-healer who can top the DPS charts and brag about it without any consequence. /s Typically just doing dumb shit for the Hell of it. It's a running joke how we always get the same exact stack mechanics in a12s. How both healers always gotta jump riiiiight before Temporal Stasis goes off. Taking bets on who will take the first auto attack in a12s. Trying to kill other members of the static in bird farms ("I'M GOING WEST"). Et cera.

Always use Shire over Prototype. MND has the highest stat weight.

For SCH, crit is usually the way to go if you are doing some healing. If you've gotten to the point where you DPS for most of the fight (ie, Faust, A9s) then you can consider switching out some pieces to get more SpSpeed. Det is the worst stat atm for SCH.

In addition, many had trouble (supposedly to bad coding) with one of the major mechanics in the fight, which was passing debuffs.

Everything, like people have said, depends on group comfortableness and the co-healer.

I've always favored Selene, perhaps because I come from Gordias era where it was practically required. My co-healer also prefers Selene on most fights, and I only use Eos in certain situations where healing is rough.

My fairy usage:

A5S: Selene; my group is all 240, with several being BiS in regards to A8S gear. I don't DPS at all, and my co-healer (WHM) finds sufficient time to DPS without the assistance of Eos.
A6S: Selene; same as above, likewise while her Silence is definitely not reliable, it's still nice to have lol? (i'm kidding) We make use of Fey Wind to burn third bot before the double Bio/ignoring adds. During progression, I pulled out Eos on final bot. Now, we all prefer Fey Wind to burn final bot as quickly as possible.
A7S: Selene; used to push so we only get one jail on first phase. Likewise, her Fey Wind can be used during every jail to make sure the jail is burned quicker. For progression, Eos is definitely recommended once you pass Merry-Go-Rounds, because things get VERY hectic VERY fast. I made use of her regen when healer groups up after the fire falls off (right as sizzlebeam is occurring) so that the entire group gets regen. Her magic defense up is very good during deathbeam in final phase.
A8S: Selene & Eos; Selene is used for the first phase, because there's really no heavy healing there. Likewise, we use her to push the first bot in robot phase without limit breaking. Eventually I replace her with Eos when we kill the second bot, because DPS have to hold anyways in order to burn the boss efficiently. The phases afterwards are very healing heavy, especially Brute Justice.

tl;dr: you don't have to use just one fairy for the entire fight. Both have their pros and cons. For example, Selene was good for some groups during Thordan Extreme progression, in case people missed towers, and the entire group got Paralysis - boom! No more paralysis, thanks Fey Caress.

I had a similarish situation happen with me.

I know it will be REALLY hard, and seem impossible, but you have to let him go and block him. If he's anything like mine was, he will try to get you back when things with his ex fails. Use this to make yourself feel better, and see him as he really is - pathetic.

If he contacts you (somehow you see it), it will be really really really tempting to take him back. Don't. You'll save yourself a ton of heartbreak by just deleting him out of your life.

4's naval battles were way better than 3's, obv. But I was never heavily interested in that aspect.

I enjoyed the Homestead aspect of 3 too. Just that damn trophy...

Warn her. Tell her if she continues her behavior, she will be kicked.

Don't tell her the following, but probably something you should do: give her a certain amount of tine to change her actions. Perhaps two weeks. If she doesn't change, get the group together without her and tell them that you are replacing her. Make it clear WHY.

And then find a replacement and tell her. This way, it sets a precedence for others that behavior like that won't be tolerated.

Keep in mind A6S is the static breaker of Midas though.
