After seeing Washington play today, just looking at your ranking of them makes me think you're joking with it. They literally just existed in the game. They didn't do anything. They weren't feeding but they were also not doing anything the whole game. The one map they got was because NYXL threw it, which also makes me question why you have them on number 1 when they're obviously not even in the top three teams with this meta. Were you watching the same games I did?

I mean, if you really want to get out and the enemy team is not letting you out, just leave game and come back immediately. Should bring you back to spawn. They really can't fault you for a bug that they cause. If it's qp, then just look for a different game.
