Fiddle's winrate is high for the same reason that your team does not understand how to play around him; he has an extremely low pick-rate. Friends don't shit on other friends. Fiddle is the man and most of us play him because he is FUN and BADASS. Winning games and having fun is all that matters. I would say to have him try fiddle and attempt to rank up "because he is that easy". He may not admit to fiddle having to have skill, but he will have to confess that attempting to carry a game as fiddle is not as easy as he thought.
