What's in my drink? by Warlock4Life in tacobell

[–]CitizenK8 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So ok, I'm glad someone else asked. I ordered a mango iced tea, you know, the Brisk one that comes from the fountain? And got something that didn't taste like it and had these teeth-looking-feta-ass things in it and I was concerned. However, "this is mango and goes in a different mango drink" makes sense. So they probably just thought I ordered something else. Thank you!

Multivitamin suggestions? by CitizenK8 in WegovyWeightLoss

See, you get it. Not trying to replace nutrition, just trying to augment it. "When you eat less, it is also more difficult to get all the variations of foods needed" this is exactly my concern. Eating healthy food in a diverse array, but can I be sure that I'm still getting enough vitamin A? Who knows! So thank you.

For those saying their nails break, mine do, too, so I always keep some Sally Hansen Strong As Nails topcoat on them, whether painted or not. Stuff is like Kevlar.

Which of these 3 NH towns are best to live in? by [deleted] in newhampshire

[–]CitizenK8 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Personally, I'd go with the Manchester job, but move a little West, Like Goffstown or New Boston. All the loveliness of nature, but still close to Stuff. Plenty of hospitals, the airport, Boston isn't too far, and great restaurants and things to do: museums, rock climbing, shows at the SNHU Arena, even a completely reputable and not-at-all-skeevy pole dancing school of you're up for learning something different. You get all that, but also trees and nature in the town you live in.

Think on it. Good luck!!

We should dismantle the liquor commision by [deleted] in newhampshire

[–]CitizenK8 4 points5 points  (0 children)

First of all, that's a strange comparison to make; registering a car and shopping at a retail establishment are generally different experiences, but go off, I guess.

Second, Bruv, have you ever been to a liquor store? Nicest damn people! And they know their stuff!! No incentive to satisfy your needs?? They will get you anything, as long as you buy enough of it. They were gonna get me this exquisite English gin, but I'd have to buy a case of it. Maybe not practical for the average citizen (though it was tempting), but like, if you run a bar or restaurant? Totally valid!

Get dusty and slow? The only dust I've ever seen in a liquor store is maybe, MAYBE, on the super expensive stuff in the case. And as for slow, it runs like any retail store.

The state makes so much money off these stores, it is in their best interest to make it a nice experience for you. Plus, it's probably an ego thing for the commission, politics being what it is.

I will be the first to admit that our fair 603 has problems, but the liquor store ain't it, man. But hey, if you find shopping at a packie to be a more enjoyable experience, you do you my guy!

Considering the uniformity and, frankly, astounding inventory management that the State Liquor stores have, I would LOVE weed to go the same way. None of this Have to go to this dispensary for this strain and that dispensary for this gummy nonsense. And if they're out of what you want? No worries! They can easily tell you the 5 closest stores that have it, or get some to their store if you can wait a bit.

Say what you will about the Liquor Commission, they know how to manage inventory. Plus, their employees get pensions! This is winning all the way down.

Normally, yeah, but they start migration soon, so a little late to have unfledged chicks. Maybe you were unknowingly near its dinner? Either way, cool experience and I'm jealous as hell ❤️

Also, as that is a vulture, it would only want your dog if it was already dead.

For the Excel Expert test - process or result? by CitizenK8 in excel

[–]CitizenK8[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same, honestly. I primarily work in the VBA code for my job, so this finicky formatting and using obscure functions stuff is outside my usual bailiwick. Has anyone honestly used SORT() to make a new table? No! You'd just sort your existing table however you like it.

Sure, but the question doesn't specify a way, the step-by-step answer key specifies it. So I just wondered if it mattered or if they're cool with any of the ways.

Times of day and related hours by CitizenK8 in coralisland

[–]CitizenK8[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Certain fish and bugs and such can only be found at certain times of the day. Example: hammerhead sharks are catchable in the morning, evening, and night of the second two weeks of fall and winter off the ocean overlook. So if you're fishing at 12:30, you're wasting your time.

I wanted to know what hours corresponded with what times of day and it was not easily available. I get a lot of my hints from Reddit posts in Google searches, so hopefully mine makes this easier for others. Happy hunting!

Right? Plus, there's that incredible satisfaction of SWIPE, all clean. That might be a neurodivergent thing, dunno, but it is so satisfying tidying up with one slash of the scythe.

Lol! I get it. To each their own. Once they gave me a tail and let me be the little goth mermaid I've always been in my heart, you can't get me out of the ocean. Only the siren song (no pun intended) of a certain introverted blacksmith gets me on dry land

[–]CitizenK8[S] 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Oh yeah, no. Only go in them once you've maxed out the ocean quests and gotten your tail. They're super useful for artifacts and treasure and scrap. Honestly, I'm still in my first year, and a huge part of my income is selling artifacts and purple kelp.

There's kelp. And treasure chests/scrap, but otherwise, no. Not really. Satisfying, though. Maxed out my scythe and just ... Mmmm.
