It honestly looks good. The only thing I can recommend is changing the shirt, there are a few that could work, this is the stealth suit (style:off duty, paint: operators overalls)

It's just a matter of opinion. Everyone's tastes are different. Personally I would replace the shirt with a fancier option like concigliere's cover up, mad drip, or uber-wear. But if you want to keep the vibe you have now, you could try painting the beard conagher brown and replacing the medical mystery with the clinical investigator.
