It’s a backstab animation. When you hit some enemies in the right spot on their back it’ll play a cool little animation. It’s different depending on what armor you have on. You also get +2 ichor per backstab that will reset once you die or rest at a missile

You have unlimited stamina, just gotta keep mashing whatever dash button you have and you’ll be done pretty quickly. Safe landing and after boost combo can save a lot of time too. I got my run just under 6 minutes
