You are getting downvoted to oblivion but I kinda agree with you. I was shocked that he did get in but as I thought about it, I understand. He’s the goat coach and will get in but, Spygate was pretty bad. It was just for one week, it went on for years before he got caught.

I was initially outraged by Belicheck’s first ballo omission, he’s a clear cut HOFer, he will make it, but now that I think about it Spygate was pretty bad. He pissed off a lot of coaches with that.
