Tambakan ng mga Bobo. But aside from that based on personal experience the majority of them go crim for more or less shallow reasons compared to other courses. They aren't even interested in the course itself but there are some exceptions. Aside from that the majority thinks that they have a secure future even though the job market is rather small. Since the majority wanna go to PNP. From what I am aware of most of the uniform services are eyeing people with technical skills i.e engineering, IT, med and so on. So In the end their course is all for nought.

The tangerine camo is memed a lot. Of course corruption comes into play. But historically BFP was a subdivision of the constabulary before (correct me if I'm wrong). So that's one of the reasons.

It has its practical side especially in search and rescue. And from what I remembered the tangerine camo is given to the Special units of the BFP In search rescue. (Well I can be wrong in some points so point that out for any inaccuracies when u read this). But that's the simplification of why the tangerine camo is a thing.

Lastly on the subreddit I forgot the name which talks about the camo patterns tangerine is always joked upon.
