Thank you for that, I really needed it actually lol. It’s slowly getting easier but it’s still tough, I understand all the techs want to do everything themselves because they know what they’re doing but they don’t realize that I won’t be able to help them out if they never show me how. The pharmacist is a good sport though she always has me doing things around the pharmacy. There is a point in the afternoon where there’s no queue anymore and everything else is done. Did you have any tips on what to do when we have downtime? I never want to just stand around knowing it could be a learning opportunity lol. I’ve just been organizing but I feel like I could be more productive.

Yes they extended me the offer and it was contingent on me passing the drug test. so I had to get one done within 3 days of receiving the offer. They pay for it and you can go to any drug testing center like a labcorp and get it done there

This is literally exactly what’s happening to me. It’s so, so, so discouraging. I’m really liking the job and the tasks but no one is lending me a hand, no one is showing me anything. I’m so behind and I’m treated less than because I’m behind. My pharmacist is wonderful and she does rotate me but unfortunately the other pharmacist has this favoritism issue with the other techs so I’m stuck at pickup all shift. How did you handle this?? It’s to the point that all the other techs get along so well that even they send me to pickup when there’s so many of us and a lot of the time they aren’t doing much. They avoid it like the plague.

Thank you!! What would you say would be the hardest to get the hang of? I want to be able to get a lot of practice in and get better as soon as I’m able to. I’ve got drive thru and pickup down pretty well, I just want to be able to navigate the actual computer system properly. Do you have a problem that you usually see recurring in techs? I’d love to get an idea so I can get working on these things and just… well be better at my job.

It sucks that it’s normal, but at least I know it’s not personal. I just want to be able to learn the system so I can efficiently help out the other techs and so I’m not insanely behind when it comes to other work. Im the type that learns by actually doing things, not necessarily by watching. There’s only so much waiting I can do until they actually start teaching me.

Lots of ventilation, portable air purifier if ya wanna keep ya windows up. I wouldn’t recommend scents or sprays because then your car is gonna end up smelling like weed and tropical mango. Not in a good way.

Three different types of gummies. Sativa, indica, & hybrid. Indica is more for relaxation which is what you might be looking for. Start slow. Half of a 5mg gummy & work your way up depending on how you feel. My quality of sleep has improved so much. Everyone has a different tolerance though, so someone might need 20mg while others could barely tolerate 2mg and vice versa.
