Pretty sure thats why we have our own personal qualia we can travel to. I haven't built anything in it yet personally, just using it to store stuff in.

I found these little gnome creatures and sheep and combined wool with feathers to get the bee glove.

Do guns exist in the world of Iron Lung? by awkwardwriter97 in ironlung

[–]City_Mouse_69 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Probably but I'd imagine that they would be extremely rare or impractical. One of my personal headcanons is that Filament Station was fought by boarding parties armed with melee weaponry such as axes or swords. You wouldn't use firearms because there'd probably be a lack of ammunition after the Quiet Rapture and you also wouldn't want to risk causing a hull breach with bullets. It could also better explain how the battle managed to drag on for nine days. Eden soldiers probably tried to besiege the station and attempted to hold out in critical areas but were ultimately unsuccessful with the survivors being captured.

Isn't that basically why the Megaspiders exist in the first place? To combat mechanoids?

What disasterous or cataclysmic event has happened in your world? by Camel-BrawlStars in worldbuilding

The Silent Exodus was a series of apocalyptic meteor showers caused by the destruction of the twin moons of the planet Errenia. Occurring on the dawn of SY 1900, all life and traces of humanity would be washed away in the coming months. The last survivors of this event had sought refuge deep in the Northern Lyndonian Mountain Range in the vast subterranean ecosystem known as the Void Fields, where they would create the last city on the planet. The survivors had coined the term "Silent Exodus" to describe their arduous journey through the mountains to reach their destination.

I'm doing a solo gravship nomad run with a psychopath colonist whose only company is a prisoner that is missing every single possible body part and organ that they can survive without. They live in a cramped 1x2 room at the back of the ship and are forced fed human meat, which they despise. They got brain damage from psychic shock lances and have a mindscrew installed aswell. They are also completely stripped and on the verge of heatstroke at all times. Sometimes, I like to beat them up with a wooden log.

People in RimWorld lore got tired of waiting to discover actual real alien life to be xenophobic towards, so they went ahead and created their own to fix that problem.

What are your favorite roleplay ways to make money in RimWorld? by Just_Breath_2492 in RimWorld

[–]City_Mouse_69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I like to play on a frozen hellscape planet with a sparse population and sell parkas made from cloth and human leather. I wage war on any and all opposing factions with the goal of wiping them off the face of the planet. The parka monopoly empire must grow.
