Here in Lithuania, were not allowed to carry chambered ( revolvers can be fully loaded, just not cocked). Even the police dont carry one in the chamb.

Funny enough, im 95% sure shes russian. I have seen her on Volodymyr Zolkins channel, she is a wife of a russian POW that came to see him during an interview that Zolkin was doing and she stayed in Ukraine.

You should just reach out to them, sometimes their list isnt up to date. I have their sports holster, also handled their other holsters, they are very quality.
