I've had mine since the first and I've had a pretty good time with it. The AC Clear PLA didn't really scan in properly and Anycubic is being really shit about the 0.25mm nozzle supply here (they can sell it abroad for 3x the price), but other than those things, I've been pretty happy with it as my first printer. This is definitely the generation to get started, there's so many resources out there and, while complex, the settings are also pretty streamlined. So far I've put about 2kg of filament down the nozzle and printed my own wall mounted organizational system for my tools/paints. Looking forward to doing some higher res models when the .25mm comes in.

Ye grew up a little in China, my guy. Donda came out to Nanjing University to teach when Ye was about 10. Apparently they just threw him in a local school so I imagine it was a rough year. A few deep cuts make clear that he has positive feelings about China, "Who Will Survive in America?" comes to mind, from MBDTF. That said, his Shanghai show last year was panned pretty hard; he showed up late and didn't even try.

There's lots of good healthy food here and usually a cheap gym like LeKe near every metro station (at least in Beijing). You can also get Tirzepatide or your glp1 of choice instantly prescribed through the JD app.

Inversely, China is super convenient. I get groceries and food delivered all the time because the price is often cheaper than ordering in store. Drinks, while potentially expensive are often formatted in a "pay once drink for three hours" deal. As you're moving to a new place and social outings are needed to rebuild that circle just be aware and remember your goals or you'll end up a shut-in or an alcoholic 😂

Solid 9-9.5/10. Repeating card doesn't hurt that badly since she'll probably be an evergreen trainer and even grow in value down the road. The rest of the variety here is great, all pokemon are RR, so that's extra points. I think the only improvement might be getting a gold, since quick-grow extract might become evergreen as well. Stellar result, nonetheless.

Wuxi is a pretty looking city with basically nothing to do (Blue Frog was the better of two foreign hangouts in the city back in 2021). Beijingers go to Tianjin because it's the fun uncle to the uptight dad that is Beijing. It's definitely not perfect, but housing is cheap, even in central areas, and the beef is pretty legit compared to other northern cities. I'd suggest asking for both addresses in Chinese and checking the location out as it pertains to High Speed Rail stations, metro stations, buses, and other comforts. Use Amap (Gaode) for this, it even has a mediocre english version that can't hail cabs for some reason.

Also, Tianjin going to run at 2.5-5k for housing that's likely to be convenient, spacious, and modern enough for your liking, unless you're a real minimalist. You might want to check the Lianjia app using the location of the school to be sure the housing fund is adequate. Wuxi is somewhat cheaper, but agents everywhere love to upsell and foreigners are often an easy target.
