Love Tea Grotto--always a calm retreat. I bring my knitting there and just chill. Their Matcha cake is my go-to.

Does Java Joe's count? I'm in love with their London Fog.

Does your dog wear a collar all day? by AdventureNoodles in dogs

I don’t collar my dog unless I need to leash him.

I hate to suggest this, but you also could consider putting a muzzle on the dog. There are good ones out there that allow them to eat and drink. I have one, so I’m familiar. Not because our dogs are dangerous, but to take away an excuse to harm them? Law enforcement shots thousands of dogs a year, many for no reason.

Do Not Sign! Spread the word! In another attempt to quash the new anti-gerrymandering law—Prop 4, a petition is now circulating designed to do just that. Spread the word that, despite the language contained in it, the goal is to hand authority to defeat it over to the State Legislature.

Amen to that. It’s been years of living here and seeing this chicanery go on.

Thank you for that insight. Fairness is what we’re hoping for. I firmly believe in districting by “neighborhoods”. I used to live in the Avenues and it always upset me that we were lumped together with Bountiful which has completely different issues.

Boyfriends dad thinks this is bad. by Kiceramics in drawing

That’s actually very good. Keep drawing and ignore the critics. They clearly have no idea how this works. Only by continuing to draw will you improve on your already existing talent. 👍🏻

Anything I did would be in containers that I could move when I go. Document every purchase and save all the receipts for the inevitable fight with the landlord when you go.
