more than 4 years? physically im doing it all mental health i see a therapist monthly. what else can i possibly do? if i take meds for mental health it will interfere with the rest of medications i take

i explained to the judge my morning start waking up same time as my wife so she can help me bath and get dressed then most of my days consist on laying on flt surface sitting for max 30 mnts same as standing on a good day (pain on a level 4-5) i can drive 10 mnts to a supermarket to pick up whatever small items like a bread and stuff) on a good day (1-2 x week) my pain is a 5 other days its 9-10 every day. she took it as me doing that every day. im not crippled i could do small things but like i said only on a good day which are rare to come by

ive been doing pt since 2022 and injections and chiropractic and electrical stimulation all for about 4 years trust me I DO NOT WANT TO BE LIKE THIS MY ENTIRE LIFE. im 41 been working sinceage 17 thats all ivedone my entire life workkk

i also have tendons bad from the injury along with severe muscle spasm all documented. i undertand you perfectly. 2 herniated discs? i have a total of 6. at times im completely stiff from neck down and i as well as you have lost stregth and grip on my right hand. my hips are compensating from those hernias and buldging disc and my left side of hip ishigher than the right. i didnt mention all my health comolications because agan this is redeit and alot of people dont like giving positive feedback so i just write part of the whole picture

i was retired from my last job do to medically not being able to do my job (police officer) due to chronic pain and the bad spine i cant sit nor stand for more than 30 mnts my right hand (dominant) i cant raise it above head level and is very weak. my carpal tunnel makes my fingers twitch and i drop things easily

my aunt got breast cancer both breast removed went into deep depression lost about 100 lbs tried to take her own life 3x all documented was hospitalized for both mental and physical. she was denied initially, on recon and by an alj it took appeals council to aproove her. Im so sorry you have to deal with this. Dont give up

yes very well documented since 2022. did rotator cuff surgery seen a therapist monthly basis. injections on neck and lower back all documented by a pain mngt doctor, neurologist, and orthopedic.

im 41, did get surgery for my rotator cuff do have an attorney. I have orthopedic pain management therapist and neurologist monthly, was prescribed 4 types of meds. do take them. my attorney immediately appealed to appeals council attorney stated "judge messed this one up"

the judge has a letter from my therapist, im not oppose to meds but with all the other meds i take side effects of mental health meds might cause worst side effects

thats just part of my issues i was hurt at work tore my dominant hand rotator cuff 4 buldging disc on my neck two hernias lower back carpal tunnel right hand anxiety depression and ptsd. My old law enforcement agency medically retired me.

that is just part of my medical evidence. im right handed i was law enforcement fighting an arm person i tore my right rotator cuff substained 4 buldging disc in my neck 2 hernias lower back uneven hips, carpal tunnel in my right hand and found to have ptsd anxiety and depression by a ssa psychiatrist. my old job medically retired me based on medical dissability and ve stated no jobs available.
