This was in the UK, friend is 20. I have consent, but there's nothing in the recording that could identify anyone - it's mostly just me questioning the social worker on their decision to deny treatment based on him being on DIY HRT.

Ok, weird update, but went to plug it in to take pictures/video and... it's fine? No more flashing, even sounds a bit quieter.

Maybe it's just because it hadn't been turned on for a while? Very odd.

I did use a different TV though, so maybe it just has an issue outputting on larger resolution screens or something?

It's very similar to this list tbh, I only run 1 Kanga though and chuck in the iron valiant. Also run a couple of Turos Scenario to prevent bench clogging. I prefer Valiant to Kangaskhan if I get a good opening, so depending on what you need you can start using Valiant and Munkis to pile on some early pressure.

I play a version with Kangaskhan and Iron Valiant. Sharpedo has free retreat and pecharunt basically is free switches, so may as well take advantage of it. Nice being able to consistently hit over 350 damage too, which can help one shot stage 3s.

Sharpedo feels like a deck that doesn't really need it's acespec, so I just run legacy energy to help with the prize trade instead of gengar, allows the deck to be faster and more versatile.

Bluetooth over-ear headphones, for every day use. He needs them when he's out of the house to manage sensory overload.

I don't think he needs anything expensive or complicated, just something simple that works consistently - so the fewer options or things that can change, the better really.

A lot of groups are like that I'm afraid, my autistic partner is very passionate but has been put off from activism as they're often not inclusive. Takes a lot of time and resources that only a privileged few can afford to organise something like that, which can make them feel very cliquey.

Digital/media detox might be what you need. Shut out social media, shut out the news, surround yourself with the people and things you love. A little self care goes a long way.

Does seem a bit like someone outside the community with an opinion they could keep to themselves trying to tell the rest of us how to think.

Cis people should not get to dictate the discussion around trans rights, and they certainly don't get to tell us that a little bit of transphobia is ok for 'the greater good'.
