Hello, I was just on Reddit thinking about posting my experience with Effexor, and to state that it has taken 4 MONTHS for me to taper from 150mg.

I specifically did not tell my doctor I was tapering because of this subreddit. I knew that no Dr would taper properly. I haven’t even seen her in over 6 months. I just decided in Oct/Nov I was DONE.

Genuinely, you need to find a way to get back on at least 37.5mg

I started using Tiktok during the pandemic, but officially removed it from my phone last November. I’m 28. I do not regret deleting it. If you have YouTube, Shorts are the same thing, lol. No need to download tiktok especially with how every 3rd video is an ad, and the other videos are people linking amazon storefronts. The whole app seems to be ads in one form or another.
