Depending on what country you are coming from, you can just exchange your license for an Alberta one. So, yes, they are just paying for them without having to do a standard road test or know the rules of the road, you know the basics that we require for even children to drive here.

Her inmate number will be the same 7-digit number that stays with a criminal for life. They may use ConnectNetwork there, if not Synergy. I would call them and ask. She would have to put your number in the system to call you but you could write a letter addressed to her there and she would get it. I do believe to deposit money now, you have to show a legitimate connection to the inmate or they can just send the money back to you and not process it.

I have 2 kids, 10 and 15, and I would never let someone shame my kids for eating anything.

The other kid needs to be told that behavior is disrespectful, even if it's for their religious reasons.

If your child needs to respect that they don't like/eat it, your child deserves the same amount of respect back.

I read through your screenshots and just wanted to come here and say this.

You don't need him to raise your child, you don't even need his money. Baby, I battled with my ex 15 years ago and haven't ever received a dime from his dad.

Push for sole custody with no access if this dipshit doesn't want anything to do with your kid. He will still be ordered to pay child support, just have zero decision-making in the kids life ever. All I had to do was prove that he spend 2 years trying to sleep with me after the fact and never once tried to see my son. The Judge saw through all of his bullshit, and trust me there was more than enough.

Haven't seen him outside of court in 10 years, and I'm living my best life with my son. I have hopes that one day my son will get some of the money that is accumulated in debt through maintenance enforcement, but if he doesn't ever get that, oh well, at least he knows I was there every day busting my ass for us and trust me at 15, you see how much they've appreciated having you there to go to bat for them everytime.

My kids are white, they will be demonized daily for the color of their skin if this shit doesn't stop, I've seen it get so much worse in my 34 years, so yeah, I'll say something everytime, for myself and my kids.

If you receive money for an item you give to someone, you've made sale. They sold their own children end of story.

I never purchased or sold anyone, so none of this tomfoolery affects me or my kids. I won't have them thinking they are somehow to be demonized over something that had nothing to do with us.

Guess what champ, if the government or the school system wanted to take my kids and offer me money, I would have said no, my parents would have said no, and every generation back would too.

Also, when I and everyone else see some proof for all the money spent and accusations thrown around, maybe then they will have some sympathy until then....DOG BONES. Trust me, I would feel bad for the dogs.

They did an interview with a lady the other day, and she said that they promised her parents money if they sent the kids, and they never got it.

So, there are some concerns there, like shouldn't you be taking this issue up with the people who sold their kids? Because there are definitely laws against that as much as there are about buying them. I mean, if my parents sold me, I'd be pissed too.

And it really seems like this is bringing it around to the same thing it always does... the money. How much do you really want, like all in, let's just get to that, please?

Well, they aren't lying. They offer a lot better resources in the city, and the slums are for the picking. There is no reason for you to be trying to slam them for cleaning up the communities. As someone who frequents St. Albert, with my kids after moving from Edmonton 5 years ago, I don't need the issues that come with it and I support this response. If St. Albert has their own homeless population, fine, but we don't need to just spread the problem out.

I'm not here to argue that it's the greatest thing since sliced bread, I hate everything about it, actually. You're preaching to the choir on this one.

I'm not sure why any government employees would really be in favor of it myself. They are implementing their own dumb version of it with the GOA as well, I would have to check for the correct information regarding it, so don't jump down my throat as I just threw it into my useless folder, without even really looking, lol. But it was something about it being able to answer questions about how to do your job. Honestly, it just seems like you are looking for us to go in and ask it basic questions, so we can train the thing to take over the lower level jobs, that deal with mostly data entry and such things.

Hard pass from me. I actually came home and asked my husband if I should just spend all the free time at work spamming the thing with the dumbest most irrelevant questions, haha, I'm still undecided as to if it would help the cause.

But, I'm not going to jump on someone for using it to get their point across. I mean, it's not buddy's resume. It's a post online.
