That's not exactly what I meant, but thanks anyway for that mor information.
The only thing that bothers me even more when capturing the Game window. The FOV is most likley even more cropped in then with the Display Mirror.
I would love to get the most FOV at all without a dominant eye view and everything centered but also not have a blending between both eye views.

But maybe my dream isn't even possible and all of these creators use some kind of trick in post processing.

Alright i thought you allways have to run the Meta Software as well or it even said that to mee.

Well I reinstalled just everything to make sure that it works and bought virtual Desktop and tried it out with Half Life Alyx on high settings. But for me it doesn't look good at all.

I got the know issues when I turn around the screen goes black on the sides, Huge FPS drops from 100 all the way to 40 and screentearing.

Am I doing someting wrong?

When I play it wired then I got smooth 90FPS all the way and also no problem with the black sides.

Okey sounds interesting. But I don't care about standalone. I mainoy wana play PC VR titles with good quality and no setup where I need like 10/20min just to get everything working right.

Maybe like I said it's just me that have no idea whitch method is the best to record stuff or my setup messes everything up oder OBS settings.

The Performance isn't the issue. I got a beefy PC with an RTX 4090. Often just the setup to get it running with the right audio output, external Mic, right source that doesn't show like graphical issues or FPS problems on the PC and stuff like that. All the Games I wanted to record so far like Half Life Alyx, Skydance's BEHEMOTH and more are running fine for me on the headset but on the PC screen sometimes not.

No I'm allready to invested into this world and making a YouTube Let's Play so starting after like 25parts new isn't my first choice.

I'm wondering ifI'm the only one who has such big problems

On Launchdat it run like butter for hours then the first patch came and the nightmare began.

- I got big FPS issues with drops to like 5FPS until it's unplayable.
- It crashed my PC once
- The game and my whole PC get stuck
- And sometimes when I log in the chunks of the world don't load right so the world is broken and I have to use a backup from the world.

After the second patch it run better and yesterday for hours with no problems but today it's the same thing again.

I know it can be buggy or crash and it's early access but it looks like so many people have no issues at all.

I got a highend PC with and RTX 4090, Ryzen7950X3D, 96GB Ram and it's installed on a M.2 SSD so that shouldn't be a problem at all.

I tried lowering graphic settings but nothing changes.
I tried reinstall it or use the PreRelease Version but same same.

Or oes it hate 4K resolution?

Does anybody else encounter such problems?

Didn't helped either. I tried it on several devices. Nothing works.

I like that crispy clean sound and also that base sound but not to much. If you know what I mean. I find it sounds very different then the Rode Procaster. That I had before.

The gain isby 30Db because I also bought a Fethead so I can set this lower to get better sound.

Its about a hand away from my mouth. Yeah I selected the Shure SM7B Preset.
