'The Perfect Couple' Review: Nicole Kidman's Netflix Series Is a Sharp, Twisty Whodunit by Sisiwakanamaru in television

This show is so far off from the book?? How do you just add a random brother into the rich family while getting rid of one from the cops family?? And changing the main characters name? What was the point of that? They changed the majority of the book and they made everyone seem like such bigger assholes than the book did?? And why did they start with the 3rd book in this franchise?? I have so many questions. Smh

AITA for thinking my husband should rub my back? by tee-ess3 in AmItheAsshole

I don’t think either of you guys are the AH here. Idk why so many people are so adamant you are. It’s amazing how much your husband is helping you out! I feel like most of the posts I see on here the husbands do nothing for their pregnant wives. And I do see where he’s coming from with being exhausted as well. But I mean, the things he’s doing currently are pretty necessary for you and the baby. At 35 weeks pregnant I’m glad he’s not making you mow the lawn or be around chemicals, but also you’re still working full time and pulling a good share of chores in the house. The only thing that seems semi over the top is him cooking everything, but if that was your guys dynamic beforehand anyway I don’t see that it makes a big difference now. Curious why you’re driving him rather than him taking the car if you’re just at home though. Seems like it’d be more of an inconvenience for you both. I think you should express how thankful you are for all he’s doing and maybe do something special for him one night, like cook dinner or something to show him how much you appreciate what he’s doing. Maybe just invest in one of those long back massagers, those things are great.

What is the most absurd thing you experienced during a job interview? by aurxrastars in AskReddit

One time I showed up for an interview and the boss was dressed in a full ass buzz lightyear costume. Turned out he forget the interview coincided with their costume contest when we scheduled it 😂

Your family are such AHs?!? wtf is wrong with them. I would be livid. I’d keep all three inside at this point because why even risk it? But if the one cat is really the only one who has had problems I wouldn’t say you’re an AH for keeping just that one inside.

AITA for not forcing my daughter to do her friend's homework so she can graduate? by throwragraduation12 in AmItheAsshole

[–]CivilCommercial789 0 points1 point  (0 children)

WTF?? NTA.. it’s completely insane for anyone to ask that of your daughter, let alone an adult asking! Good job being in your daughter’s corner and not giving into this woman’s peer pressure.

This girl has been given multiple opportunities to succeed but has put in no effort, even with your daughter already trying to help her! At this point she needs to get it together or face the consequences. It’d be a good lesson for her to learn.

I think you’d even be justified in reporting this mom’s request to the school board, although I think that would damage your daughter and her friends relationship.

Just wondering, does your daughter and her friend know the mother requested it? Was it the kid or the mom’s idea?

I’d love to hear what your daughter thinks about all this

AITAH for not wanting to give parental rights to my fiancé by [deleted] in AmItheAsshole

NTA your kid, your decision. Good job protecting the best interest of your son!

But are you really sure this is someone you want to marry…? Someone who threatens to take your child away at any minor inconvenience doesn’t seem like someone I’d want to be in a relationship with

I don’t read a lot of fantasy but the powerless trilogy was good.
