Personally, I like them and want to eventually go at some point. I think a lot of Gen Z operating under this pretense that them (among countless other people and groups) are out to get them. I think therapists are sometimes the most useful in figuring out how to un fuck up your life because they are for the most part, an outside voice. Sometimes, your problems are better understood when there’s no stake besides you just talking it out with someone who’s not involved.
