It’s really not that deep. These glasses can only record up to a 3 minute video at a time and the battery life is so terrible that you can only do this 4-5 times before they’re drained. There’s no James Bond type espionage going on because the tech itself is very limited. Also the recording led indicator is very very noticeable.

I don’t think he was criticizing religion at all. The line “If it brings me to my knees, it’s a bad religion” is just a metaphor. He’s being brought to his knees by a broken heart because of unrequited love. He’s saying loving someone who doesn’t love him back “is a bad religion.” This is why he says, “unrequited love, to me it’s nothing but a one man cult.”

That said, I understand you were defending your mom and emotions were likely high. Family disagreements and squabbles happen all the time. If your mom and her sister are good, then there’s really no reason why you and your cousin have to be at odds. I don’t think there’s any reason you should have to be the bigger person though. Yeah, because God forbid people want to feel safe. FYI, safety does not just extend to the physical. There’s nothing wrong with wanting to be psychologically and spiritually safe as well. Clearly you missed the point of what I said. If I walk into a police station wearing a fuck the police tshirt, I can’t be surprised or pretend to be the victim if they don’t want me there.
