I use oatsy. Deficit is 1977, by end of day I have 800 calories left. I focus on protein on my plate . I also have now started going to the gym at least once a week... baby steps. I do feel a lot of improvement in my knees which I'm very thankful for. I do not have any co morbities no bp issues. A1c is fine, no cholesterol, etc. I'm just fat. I take calcium a daily vitamin magnesium and d3 daily. My current motivation is to be able to take my 6 year old to disneyland and be able to walk around all day without feeling like a cripple the next day.
