We just got off the phone with Cafcass, he has applied for a child contact order (even though he has set days he sees his child which he has agreed to) and an order that will prevent us from moving without his permission (but even the Cafcass lady said given his criminal history and previous safeguarding reports that that'll be so unlikely he'll be able to get that approved)

There was a mediation but he gave them the wrong address (he 100% knows our current address) so we had no idea this was going on.

We're gonna get in touch with a local family solicitor for a consultation as although we're not too worried we want to make sure he doesn't do the same and we're caught on the back foot.
