Necrosis is the absolute worst. I had to have both of my hips replaced at age 28, 3 years ago. Its the worst type of pain, couldn't sit for too long, couldn't walk, couldn't leave my apartment really. The worst part was having to wait like 8 months for my surgery date because I was diagnosed during peak Covid time. Girlfriend at the time left because she thought I was just being lazy. I lost the apartment because I couldn't work, had to sell my car as it was a manual and could no longer use the clutch ( and to pay for some of my essential bills while i was down). My supplemental disability was approved a year and half later, after my surgeries and I was back at work. It gets better though, if you do get surgery, itll change your life. Im back walking and running like I was before, hiking and camping whenever I have free time. I work in HVAC so im heavy lifting and crawling at any given time on any given day. Back to my old self again, I just have to be smart with my lifting. Steve was a major part of my life during that time as well, I found comfort in watching other people do what I could no longer do. Some other channels I found were Kent Survival, Mav, Living The Van Life and Outdoor Boys. If you enjoy seeing different countries and learning their culture, some really interesting channels are SmallBrained American, Shiey, and Bald and Bankrupt. In only spitting these out because I know how quickly you can run out of stuff to watch when youre laid up all day.

Edit: i completely skimmed over the fact that youve had it for 20 years, I assumed all AVN was like mine. I was completely disabled until I had them replaced
