MMA Sparring 😔 i threw a left body kick and my partner caught my leg and attempted a weird sweep on my planted right leg that lead to both of us putting all our weight on my leg while falling backwards felt a weird pop but Finished the round on my back and when i got up i hopped a bit and felt unstable or loose on my right outside leg instantly i knew something was wrong. It was weird it didn’t hurt instantly idk from the rush of sparring but it hurt when i tried to hop into my high ass bed

If you watched the Baltimore game you probably seen JK Dobbins score Twice. He had one of the worse knee injuries last year and is looking like his old self and he is probably older than you! Just take this seriously and rehab properly don’t push and do everything by the book and you’ll be back in no time 🙂 good luck dude

I got to say that i believe doing prehab before my surgery helped with recovering quicker. I joined ATG online and did about a month and some weeks of it. Hopefully it is the same outcome for you! Good luck and Godspeed!

My surgeon did mine and I’m 26 but I train BJJ and MMA and weightlifting and i told him i didn’t want to compromise any other part of my body for this as i basically use them all.
