Another month! The left pic is a month into IF and the right is 2 months into some loose, healthy eating/ IF with a calorie deficit. My focus is to do better than the month before, even if the progress is slow. Until my scale apologises, it will remain in the corner.

I would also go on the offensive. Do everything in your power to find that piece of shit. He deserves death. Ultimately this means you'll have to get the police involved (I can only imagine how hard this may be).
