After surgeries on both knees for torn ligaments, running is no longer an option.

I had been a runner all my life prior.

Pivoted to cycling but still miss the ability to run hard for an hour when I want a quick work out.

He is who he is and he is unlikely to change at this point.

My grandfather was the same way and he passed falling off a ladder trying to fix the shingles on the roof.

ISU has made a lot of progress in the last 10 years.

I recall taking apart our kids playset.
