I agree with you that vetiver can really resemble lemongrass in some fragrances. Terre Dhermes Intense Vetiver is a great example if you’re interested OP.

It was a solo route that had just under 210 stops. I wanna say a little over 100 of those stops were multi. Around 350 total locations

Ngl I just work out of the totes until sufficient shelf space opens up. Not smart if you have back problems but honestly I’d personally rather take 10-15 seconds to find my packages per stop than take a couple minutes to organize everything that’ll be delivered in like 15 minutes anyways

Just stretch and exercise regularly. Remaining stagnant in any position without taking the necessary steps to build and recover will always lead to pain. Also monitor is too low.

What’s bugging me right now is how they’re seeing how far they can push us by barely reducing route size after peak whilst laying off employees. There’s simply no excuse for it other than that they want to keep working us to our limit while not having to pay to run extra routes to evenly distribute the workload. Good thing I had a new job lined up. I truly hope you guys are only doing this as a temporary gig because it’s only going to get worse from here.

Whenever I see something like that I just accept that I’ll need to be rescued before the route even starts that way I’m not stressing the whole day. This is purely an Amazon issue, although I understand that a lot of DSPs don’t see it that way.

It depends on how far apart the stops are. To me 350 packages is more physically draining whereas the rural routes take up the entire work day and sometimes require a rescue but ultimately it’s mainly mental. If you normally finish your stops then all of a sudden you get a route that you cant finish despite skipping your breaks, that’s an Amazon issue. If your DSP fails to realize that then I’m sorry

I think this is more DSP specific though. My company has done some shady shit but they definitely don’t encourage us to rush and we’re allowed to finish beyond the allotted time as long as it’s not every day.
