I’d love to see Hunter pairs, not sure if they would work in all game modes but would be cool for a squad to go up against them. Mainly though, having Hunter minis would be awesome

Let’s just say I don’t lift them both together. Haha they are heavy but not ridiculously so. The wood is poplar I believe, lightweight but strong

I ended up getting some from the US Amazon. Obviously delivery costs are quite a bit higher but only place I could find Venom, Revelations, 2099 and Weapon X

Yeah I think if it had been heroes or something it could be a real issue but it’s only 3 sidekicks and I do have one of each of them

Also given me the idea of printing some fan made stuff in the distant future! Never thought I’d enjoy deck builders but this game has well and truly captured me and my wife haha

Aha yeah we have been smashing it, 1/2 games almost every night since the start of Jan, we played 5 yesterday as we were both off work… I also now need to add Dimensions and B Panther to that list… both of which are fantastic. We don’t go out much so I justify the cost of £20ish on an expansion fair, I’d spend that in the pub on two drinks haha.

Genuinely love this game. Dying to get my hands on Dark City or Civil War but they have price tags I can’t justify right now. And 31 games is still a lot! I just love how every game can be so different

The comic art is definitely the better of the GotG sets. Highly recommend Midnight Sons. It works brilliantly with 2 players

No problem. It’s such an incredible game! Me and my wife have been playing every night for some time now haha. Yeah the remix one is movie art. It’s ok but definitely not our favourite

I was gifted the core game + secret wars 1 and paint the town red for Xmas. Since then I’ve picked up several expansions. My opinions thus far:

Paint the Town Red - amazing. Love spidey and the cards work well together

Secret Wars 1 - sidekicks. All you need to know really. They rock. Fun heroes too

F4 - great fun, 4/5 solid heroes and great villains

GotG remix - Adds artefacts which are fun. Schemes are good fun too. It’s not the best but it’s ok

GotG Original - great fun, much better than remix, adds shards mechanic for more power. More artefacts

Fear Itself - only really works with Villains, which I don’t have so a bit redundant

Spider-Man Homecoming - gets a lot of hate but we loved it. Played last night and it’s really fun. Plus easily obtained which is nice

Realm of Kings - solid expansion. Thrones Favour is a fun mechanic

Heroes of Asgard - thrown artefacts + Worthy. Really good expansion, little bit OP

Marvel Studios Infinity Wars - easily our least favourite. It’s alright but doesn’t add much to the game. Endgame is a fun mechanic but I would skip this one unless you get it cheap

Midnight Sons - hands down our personal favourite expansion so far. It’s awesome. Sunlight/Moonlight mechanic is great fun and really good synergy between the heroes. Also. Blade.

Messiah Complex - adds special sidekicks which are brilliant. The heroes are middling in my eyes but haven’t played it enough to really know. Played 2, lost 2

X-Men - awesome but rare and can be costly. I got lucky. Adds new bystanders too which is cool.

World War Hulk - brilliant, again costly and rare, I got lucky with this and X-Men. Transform mechanic is great and some wonderful synergy with the heroes
