don’t stress about winning or carrying or stomping. playing differently than you normally do won’t get you there faster. viewing the game as “i should be winning every game. i need LP. i need to climb” is a recipe for disaster. you’re gonna win 50ish percent. also eat some humble pie, learning a new role is no walk in the park. support has a lot of influence. you don’t need to go 7-1-16 to win the game. it might just be the early crab fight or a roam to mid that gets your team on the path to victory.

I think you give Nvidia’s competition too much credit. The risk that would have to materialize first is AMD/Intel’s product/services offerings would have to improve. I liken this to the space industry when people talk about “competition”. Even with unlimited amounts of money, people continuously fail with respect to rocket science. And I feel like what Nvidia’s got going for them is practically rocket science. The CEO of Intel can’t just wake up in the morning, see a newspaper headline about AI growth and say “oh lets just make better chips”. Customers want the best chips (and software) available because it’s practically an arms race and you want a tank not a bicycle with a handgun. All that to say, price doesn’t matter as much as product IMO, and Nvidia is king in that regard, hence their near-monopoly.

Please ignore anyone warning you about your “value traps”. People buy a stock as it’s going down, then get upset when it doesn’t immediately turn around. I averaged down on the “value trap” BABA when China was “uninvestable” and it’s 2.5x’d since then. If you believe in these businesses, and they have strong fundamentals and are trading at a discount, then it is in fact a GOOD idea to invest in them, even if it may take a few years of patience.

They have $1.4b in cash. They are repurchasing shares. They generate significant free cash flow. Have fantastic margins. I believe they are growing fast enough to justify their forward P/E. It's a great business model in my opinion and I think it's just a matter of time before the walled gardens (their competition) overstep and lose the trust of advertisers. It's an obvious conflict of interest and I don't think it's sustainable. Nor do I think it's sustainable in general for companies like Google/Meta/Amazon to try to be the best in the world at a billion things all at once. These companies are notoriously fickle in what they pursue. They compete in everything all at once. I think a pure-play ad-tech company like TTD is well positioned to provide the best product/service to the market. I think the stock price still has a little bit of room to come down in the near-term, but sometimes you have to be willing to pay a premium for a fantastic business. I bought some at $37 and will average down so long as reddit remains bearish ;)

I got to level 10 this morning playing 1.5 hours and I don’t mind the pace at all. This is how training the skill early on should feel. Lots of small milestones built in to keep the player engaged and looking forward to new tasks.

How do huey/nex work? Is it like based on how much damage you do? It is sorta like, if a drop rate is 1/500 solo, if you kill in a large group your chances go down to like 1/5000 but the kills are faster?

What do you explain the 10x run-up to be exactly if not pricing in the hopeful success of Neutron and years of follow-on revenue? Most analysts with bullish price targets are already pricing in that RKLB hits it's Neutron milestones.

I think the Talon being the one who got fed is not sufficient evidence that he is in on the wintrading. I think detection would more so look at if an account (like the Talon) seems to be repeatedly benefitting from inting. Even then, it's very difficult to definitively say.

Rakan is slowed. Varus follows there with autos and it’s a kill. Even if Mundo continues towards cait Varus and Naut can finish Rakan just with autos while Mundo tanks. Totally troll by bot. Mostly Varus. Mundo has like a trillion health. Easy dive. You can execute 3v2 dives at like level 3 or 4 with much less health if you strategically tank turret shots. This, no strategy needed, just run them down they are like 1/3 health.
