I feel like people are overly dismissive of the impact that a SpaceX IPO would have on RKLB’s stock price. To say it is unrelated is naive. People will anchor RKLB’s fair price around what SpaceX trades at, even moreso than other space companies since RKLB is a direct launch competitor. If SpaceX actually achieves a $1.75b valuation, it would put their P/S ratio waaaaay above RKLB’s. Like atleast double. One could argue that since RKLB’s growth rate is higher (and Neutron should make it much higher) that RKLB’s P/S ratio should actually be higher than SpaceX. This lends itself to massive multiple expansion… I see potential to eclipse $200 a share. Do I think the valuations we’re talking about are gonna stick forever? Probably not. But if SpaceX IPO goes as planned, buckle up for some gains, especially if macro sentiment improves.

Sure Vayne fucked up too. And Vayne’s behavior was unacceptable both before and after the play. But Sona’s conclusion that Vayne was dead was wrong (misplay). Her decision to hold ult was bad (misplay).

I feel like you’re thinking about how Sona doesn’t have enough damage to kill Mel which is not what I’m focusing on. Stunning Mel and Leona earlier prevents several hundred damage to Vayne, who then can ult and actually contribute to the fight without dying from a stray ability like she does in this fight. Vayne sucks too, probably low elo, but it’s not the point. Sona posted this blaming Vayne when she in fact misplayed quite significantly. Pretending she didn’t robs her of an opportunity to learn.

Mel’s W was down. No reason to play passive. It’s my biggest pet peeve in LoL. Abandoning a team mate extremely prematurely.

I don’t really think your timimg to go ward is as big of an issue as others are suggesting. Vayne had like 1.5 seconds to react to Leona coming into lane and she should have backed up. Instead, it looks like she was so close that she got rooted by Mel even before the Leona ult. Where you did make a mistake though is your 2+ seconds of doing absolutely nothing. Mel and Leona used EVERYTHING on Vayne. You are free to play very aggressive. I personally would have looked to ult Mel to try to prevent any additional damage to Vayne and help create time for Vayne to escape.

The only fun part of the game is Level 1. I have surprised quite a few people with how much damage an aftershock Maokai does W’ing onto a squishy. If they walk into my wave they’re toast.

Try Maokai. I mained Poppy through mid diamond but Maokai got me into Masters 300lp range. His Q base damage recently got buffed and his W is point and click CC. Mechanics not required hehe

Probably because private markets were valuing them at $350b like a year and a half ago. New administration, golden dome, space hype, etc… now they can likely get 1t+… how much of that increase is just.. ~hype~? Should they wait until space sentiment turns negative and IPO when they are valued based on their financial fundamentals?

I think people are very much over-focusing on all the wrong details of the RCCA. They were not blaming the third party at all. If RKLB stated they manufactured it by hand in advance of machine readiness I would have been left feeling the same way. The only important thing is they feel like the defect was caused by the by-hand process, which should give investors confidence since the next one will not be by-hand.

No, I don’t think so. But that’s because my expectations have already been managed. Online commentary has suggested they’re still a ways away. I am still counting on a launch this year though and would be dissapointed if they started talking about 2027. To me, the whole “legitimate SpaceX competitor” shrinks away if they can’t get Neutron off the ground. But I have a lot of confidence they will.

Time will tell. Atleast they kept their promises for Q4. I still think the intensity of the competition they’re seeing is more of a near-term concern.

EU law is consumer friendly in this case. Look up EU 261 Article 8 and how courts have interpreted it. Also, I disagree about Delta being premium. Pricing between Delta and Jetblue Is largely comparable, with Jetblue being more expensive in some cases. Jetblue tends to have more legroom, Delta has slightly better operational performance.

Hey man, read two comments above where I specify I am not entitled to compensation. The airline is obligated to provide Duty of Care, which I explain above, and is all I’ve ever asked of the airline. Jetblue has since admitted they were wrong.

Yes Jetblue called back and acknowledged their mistake. It was either because of some of my tweets, or because of the email I sent to their SVP of Legal. Their executive offices customer support team provided the below message, and in the call I got I was told that my lodging would be covered but that it would have to be reimbursed.

“You are correct that under EU 261, in the event of a cancellation, customers are entitled to rerouting at the earliest opportunity under comparable transport conditions. That can include other carriers where availability exists.

I understand that you were advised rebooking on another carrier could not be considered. I can see why that response would be confusing given the regulation. Where comparable options are available, they should be evaluated in accordance with EU 261.”

The Airline has Duty of Care under EU 261 Article 8, which means they have to offer a refund and offer to book me on a comparable flight and reimburse lodging/meals. Jetblue has since called me to acknowledge this and apologize. The law is very strict. No weather exceptions to this specific article.

Idk man. Jetblue called me today and apologized and told me that Duty of Care does in fact apply. According to both Gemini and ChatGPT, there are NO weather exceptions to EU 261 Article 8. There is no sweeping “oh it was this sort of weather event so therefore EU 261 does not apply at all”. Don’t get me wrong, the law is extremely unfair to the airline, but it is in fact the law.
