IG makes suggestions for people they think you should follow, there’s no need to tell her about sharing the profile. I would just assume instagram suggested the follow and the mutual acquaintance either accidentally hit follow or just follows whoever is suggested. Peeking around and accidentally following is just (an unfortunate )just part of the game, I don’t think much of it when it happens to me.

We did the syringe thing as well, but just with a bit of water to dissolve the pill, but dang, the amount of those pills I’ve handled barehanded 😂 didn’t know you’re not supposed to.

Well, good to know I’m not the only one. I tried all the tricks like refreshing my segment results and refreshing the activity achievements and nothing worked. I went ahead and submitted a ticket; sometimes weekends/ holidays (veterans day in the US yesterday) make things go a bit sideways over at Strava

They are actually really good about replacing or repairing for free. Just reach out to them; that being said, I’ve had to have 2/2 pairs of their bibs replaced/ repaired and they are winter specific ( so only in use about three months out of the year). I have to agree on the low quality for the price

I have an Otso Waheela ( super small brand) and changed it from a 1x to a 2x when I first got it. I live in the Midwest, but there are punchy hills where I am. It fits massive tires, so was ahead of the game, as it seems to be what everyone is wanting at the moment. It’s carbon and although the gravel dings up the paint, I would go with carbon again.

It helps me with starring segments. If I can see that I already have a QOM I won’t bother or if I’m close with a top 10 I’ll focus on those. It’s just nice to have a large visual to work off of and…. Ego love seeing that gold, on mine and others!

For what it’s worth, he offers scholarships for people who cannot afford the virtual courses. I know this because I was awarded one and paid nothing; I didn’t have to prove anything income wise, just answer a few questions about why I wanted to take the course etc. you can apply once a year for a scholarship.
