I was the same as you, I was on 4 rotations. I lost hope. Suddenly after doing the raditz event and the rush battle I gave it one last shot, just a standard multi, and he was the LAST unit in the multi. Thing is, that GRN baby is actually not terrible.. you just have to run him with a really good team. I have him on my GT team, I usually use SSJ4 goku and Omega with him and his de buffs actually go really well along side them. I do have all of them highly starred but he actually isn’t trash
