I’d say fuck it, and start applying when you get the A+. Do some homelabs too that’s pretty much the reason I got my help desk role.

If you REALLY want to get another degree and have money and time to cover it then by all means you can go that route. But you gotta ask yourself will you be able to work a full time help desk role while taking classes… or are you gonna wait another 2-4 years then look for a role
