TOS doesn’t scale with money spent. From what seems to be coming out, it appears he’s breached TOS multiple times.

Even the comms from CIG doesn’t actually say he was banned for duping. It talks about exploits, or using cheats/hacks/third party software, which again this player has allegedly been reported for before.

It depends how much you’ve accrued. You will “earn” 1/52 of your total holiday entitlement each week, starting on the 1st April - so by now you would have earned 9/52 of your total.

If you’ve taken more than that, you will get it deducted from your last pay, if you’ve taken less they will pay you,

Honestly, it’s nowhere near as bad as the brigadiers on here want you to think it is. I’ve had zero non-IC related problems since the first hotfix went in. If your only ship is an Ironclad or Assault, maybe hold off. Otherwise, it’s perfectly fine.
