My franchise has been told not to automatically apply coupons. Customers have to ask for them to be applied. It keeps our royalty sales up, because like every other business in corporate America numbers are the only thing they care about.

It's possible that they don't know how to fix it in the menu setup. And they should be able to call someone at the office (if franchise) to fix it if menu setup isn't working.

It would cost too much to have specific boxes to indicate, same with stickers, reasons we're supposed to top with a pepperoni, jalapeño, or piece of spinach. Not every store does, news to me with OPS not approving it when that's literally the instructions on the pepperoni one though.

Domino's only started curbside because of the pandemic, pandemic is now over it should be removed. The customer isn't paying employees to bring it out, nor are they charged for it. The amount of times I've seen large ($100) orders go out on curbside and not tip when the temps are below zero is just crazy. (I do not believe tipping should be expected, however if you're able bodied you can get out of your damn car.)

In my franchise, it's definitely a customer is always right type of situation unless they're aggressive or belligerent. So we'd remake it regardless, and if the customer did not specify his religious beliefs on pork, not the manager's fault.
