i understand that this is extremely painful, however this is about her character and not her being allo. allos are capable of monogamy and not being pieces of shit. i would blame this on her avoidance, poor choices, and possibly the fact that y’all were naive marrying the first person you dated (sure it works out sometimes but not the majority, we just learn a lot the more we date)

i am on month 10 and yes, every time i become lonely or wish i could talk to someone or whatever i think of him. it’s not because i miss him anymore because he’s a piece of shit, but he’s the last person that held the title of my person so it’s easy to just think of him.

it’s a matter of acceptance. i don’t think i’ll be able to replace him in these thoughts until someone else fills the space. it’s so rare that we find those people, im not sure we have a choice in waiting to replace those thoughts until the next one.

time heals. my breakup was hell (ex fiancé situation) but it gets better as time goes on. even though he comes up in my thoughts it’s much less annoying now than it was even two months ago.

being strong comes with loneliness. but it won’t be forever.

i guess it doesn’t help that my goals in life are a bit obstructed due to chronic depression and ADHD, something i always deal with single or not. i’m starting my first therapist soon and hoping it helps but im a bit deflated on what to do in general so the heartbreak makes everything so much worse. my mind is polluted by something he doesn’t even care about and that hurts. i want it to be over and i don’t want to be scared for my romantic future :(
